Insurance claim process for Making a windshield claim on Geico 

You will need to have your Policy Number First Then 

2nd download the Geico App on your phone

Go to Claims

Click on Glass Reported Incident

Input the Date of Damage Incident

Find Another Shop

Select the shop 

Get Claim Number

Your claim has been selected for pre-approval review

Once you get this you have to upload photos of the damage

Give them the claim number they are on Mountain Time

Let them know you have a claim established 

They will guide you on what to do

Once you upload the photos of the damage using the app

We will get the final approval usually takes about 24 hours after you upload the photos of the damage
